I seek to reduce friction between systems and people!!
I'm a Customer Experience (CX) Designer, curious about Interaction Design and User Research. Before landing here, I was a Banker at a Public Sector Undertaking for 3 years & had graduated in Agriculture! So from Rural coal-mines to Metropolis, I got to work with Real Users and Businesses up close, in high-volume & resource-constrained environments. This taught me a critical lesson: digital literacy, trust, language & accessibility aren't just buzzwords; they shape digital infrastructure, and it's adoption and retention.
Eventually, this made me develop a keen interest towards User Experience Design and Development, across and beyond Digital interfaces. My approach is simple: to identify breakdowns in workflows, uncover the behavioral patterns, and translate them to structured, user-centered and business-friendly solutions. Designing for complex domains like Fintech excite me, because usability, compliance, and human behavior intersect here in critical ways.
Outside of work, I'm drawn to disciplines that help me understand how humans make decisions, such as anthropology, linguistics and nutrition.
